A luxury waterfront condominium complex in Hull is the latest project to hit the auction block.

Unable to sell out the Oceania Residences on Long Beach Avenue, developer Ernesto Caparrotta has hired auctioneer Daniel J. Flynn to market eight two-bedroom dwellings with ocean views at dramatically reduced prices.
