Mass. housing update: No spring rebound

We all knew or sensed it. But this kind of makes it official: There was no spring rebound in the Massachusetts or U.S. housing market. It’s a disappointment.

The Warren Group’s Tim Warren says it best: “Job growth is the key. When you hear that the guy in the next cubicle has found a new job that pays $10,000 more, that’s when you say: ‘The economy is good. Let’s buy a house.’ ”
