Samuels & Associates, which has already made big development investments in the Fenway, has more plans on the drawing boards for the area.
The developer has filed a letter of intent with the BRA calling for a mixed use building, with retail and 170 apartments, at 132 Brookline Ave. and another building, with retail and 150 apartments, at Boylston and Van Ness streets.
They’re two more pieces of a quickly (and pleasantly) developing master plan to transform the neighborhood.
