Hi everyone, I hope all is well.
Just wanted to pass along some good news when it comes to Mortgage Rates. All Conventional and FHA Mortgage Product rates came down .125 today. This is a move in the right direction since we have lost almost 600 Mortgage Market basis points since mid-November, including the .25 increase in Rates since last Friday.
