The rebalancing of the Boston condo for sale market has come with changes that Boston condo sellers and their agents must adjust to, as we approach the Spring real estate market. A significant change is the number of days on the market the top Boston neighborhood listings linger such as; Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Midtown high-rises and the Seaport condominiums.
According to a recent Redfin data report, the share of homes listed for 30 days or longer increased 12.5% in compared to a year earlier, with 61.2% of homes now sitting on the market for a month or longer.
