Seaport Square is a multi-billion dollar project planned for the Seaport District.
The development will be built in phases. Phase I, including three buildings, may break ground by the end of this year, or next, with completion planned for 2010, according to this article in the BBJ:
It hasn’t been formally announced, but Boston Residential Group led by Curtis Kemeny has emerged as a partner with Gale International and Morgan Stanley Real Estate for the first high-end residential building …
… The six-story, 110,000-square-foot building will sit behind the Barking Crab restaurant and contain approximately 35 units, two floors of retail space and more than 30 parking spaces, said Kemeny. It is being designed by Boston-based Hacin + Associates Inc. and will be built by Boston-based Walsh Brothers.
This building is expected to include rental units, as well.
BRG is the company behind Boston’s 360 Newbury and 285 Columbus condo projects.
