I’m sure this is just a coincidence. The New York Times is reporting that Joe Paterno recently conducted a real estate transaction that some may call as a penalty for an illegal formation. Apparently, Joe Pa may have known that his Penn State football career was going to take a hard-hit tackle. The coach with the most wins in major college football history quietly transferred complete ownership of his house to his wife for $1 less than four months before the bombshell sex abuse scandal erupted.
