South End condo development already selling units

A high-end condo development on the border of the South End and Lower Roxbury is apparently getting off to a somewhat fast start.

Though the project isn’t slated to be completed until this summer, the developer says 11 of 37 units at the Modern 2 have already been “reserved.”
