*72 Richmond Street sold in ’09 for $83.000.00 prior sale 9/30/08 for $122,500.00.
*566 Comm Ave #604 sold in ’09 for $277,500 prior sale on 9/20/94 $76,000.00.
*1572 Comm Ave #101 sold in ’09 for $251,500 prior sale 11/26/08 $355,000.00
*11 Rocky Nook Terrace #4 sold in ’09 for $315,00 prior sale on 3/30/01 for $233,000.00
*451 Shawmut Ave #1 sold in ’09 for $459,000 prior sale on 6/6/89 for $100,000.00
My thoughts: Do you see a pattern with theses numbers? Those who lost money only owned the property for a few months (less than 5 months). I wonder, were they homeowners that lost money, or real estate investors trying to make a fast buck?
