Top Broker Departs From Otis & Ahearn

The 2nd ranking sales broker in Boston has left Otis & Ahearn to start her own company. Carmela Laurella, a long time associate with Otis & Ahearn, started her own real estate company called CL Waterfront Properties. A source told me that she has been actively pursuing other Otis & Ahearn agents to join her new team.
