Total number of listings: 2453 (+ 99)
Average asking price: $662,587 (- $4,000)
Median asking price: $449,000 (- $10,000)
My opinion: I think sellers are eager, eager, eager, to sell. Number of new listings goes up, under agreements go down. Make an offer! Within a couple of weeks, sellers will be thinking of the spring market, and hoping it’ll be hot. Strike now, before they get delusions of grandeur.
