Boston Condos and Rentals
The latest new apartment complex in South Boston, the 255-unit West Square, is apparently doing well since it recently began leasing. About 50 units have apparently been rented, with prices ranging from $2,200 for a loft to $3,400 for a two-bedroom apartment.
But keep in mind that a total of 1,300 new units are coming on line soon in Southie alone. This could get interesting.
Needless to say, we wish the West Square folks all the best.
