What’s new in Boston?
The availability of apartments in luxury, high-rise buildings.
Just recently opened, or just about to open, are the following:
The Watermark Cambridge, in Kendall Square
The Park Lane Seaport, out on Fish Pier
The Trilogy, in The Fenway
The Archstone Boston Common, in Chinatown
And they’re leasing up fast.
Cambridge’s Watermark has leased 150 out of its 321 apartments since June. The 28-story Archstone Boston Common opened this month and has already signed up 25 percent of its 374 units. Park Lane Seaport, which has been opening in stages, has rented 260 of its 465 units. The Trilogy, which opened last month, has already rented half of its 200 available first-phase apartments, with the remaining 205 coming on later this fall.
