Slowly but surely, the number of properties listed for sale in Boston has been ticking up since the beginning of the year, with Back Bay leading with 50 condos for sale followed by South Boston with 36. The number of single-family homes on the market in the Boston downtown area is very low with only fourteen, with the average list price of $3,306,929.
Of the 200 or so Boston condos currently on the market, just over half are listed for under a million dollars.

Boston Midtown – thirty-three condos for sale.
Boston North End – eight condos for sale.
Seaport District – six condos for sale.
South Boston – thirty-seven condos for sale.
South End – twenty-six condos listed.
The Fenway – only one condominium listed for sale.
Theatre District – one property listed for sale.
Boston Waterfront – twenty three condos for sale.
Boston West End – three condos for sale.
