The real estate search site Trulia now has Boston data on crime, schools and other things that aren’t about real estate per se, but that Boston condo buyers and prospective renters might like to know about before making a big move.
The “Trulia Local” option — here’s Boston — offers up a map showing you where crimes happened, where the schools are and where you can find restaurants, banks, gas stations and grocery stores. Oh, yeah, it has Boston condos for sale along with the recently sold stats.
