So, when you get conflicting information from a developer, how can you figure out who is telling the truth?
Do you believe:
” … the website says there are only about 20 units left …”;
“The … development is currently 60% sold, with approximately 30 units remaining …”;
“There are 150 condos in all, with 30 units reserved at affordable rates. About half the market-rate units have already been sold …” (meaning 60 units are left);
Or, the Suffolk Deeds website, which shows 49 unit deeds being filed as of June 22, 2007 (meaning as many as 100 are left)?
