The Herald reviews the new condo complex at 461 Park Drive.

Developer Robert Fox recently completed a 21-unit condo complex in the Fenway that’s geared to students in what’s being called the “kiddie condo” market.

Right down the street from Boston University, Park 461 features well-appointed studios with bamboo wood floors, granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and individual heating/AC units.

The units at 461 Park Drive range in size from 311 square feet to 463 square feet, with prices ranging from $239,000 to $349,000.

Seems like a great project in a great location, in Audubon Circle.

This area has seen a lot of growth during the past couple of years. I’ve helped several buyers purchase homes in the neighborhood, and have seen a lot to like.

A two-bedroom, one bath, 800 square foot condo would run you between $425,000 – $460,000, right now. You have the D Line and C Line out your front door, a supermarket within walking distance, a movie theater and restaurants, and the MFA and Gardner Museum down the street.

Oh, and a lot of professionals live in the neighborhood, not just college kids.
