Boston one of the top 10 cities for attracting new renters

Apartments.com did a recent study in 2020 to find out which US cities are attracting the newest renters from outside their own city. Not surprising, Boston was ranked in the top 10 of the 25 largest cities coming in at #6.

With a strong job market and numerous colleges and Universities, I’m actually surprised it didn’t’ rank higher.
