The Herald has a big write-up on the sale of the ‘Sunflower Castle’ on Beacon Hill, easily one of the city and neighborhood’s most famous residential abodes.
Who wouldn’t want to live there? It’s simply a beautiful Bavarian/Queen Anne style home nestled in a wonderful spot in a highly desirable neighborhood.
But get this: The annual tax bill is … $32,000, according to the Herald. The tab counts the tax bill as one of the home’s “cons.” No kidding.
Still, it’s such a great property.
