First, a proposed new tower in Seaport (see post below). Now Adam says yet another 404-unit apartment tower is being proposed at the site of a parking lot in Chinatown, right next to to the Jacob Wirth restaurant. No word on the fate of the eatery.
Is someone keeping a scorecard on all these apartment projects? It might be a good idea. It’s getting confusing.
The market’s definitely changing for the better in terms of proposed construction projects — though we’ll have to see how long it lasts considering all the turmoil these days in the financial markets.
