As we noted, Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan is in Boston today, the Boston Herald obviously got a chance to ask him about the foreclosure moratorium they announced last week. It seems it’s a matter of “a few more weeks” before their internal review of foreclosure paperwork is done. So after that will they resume foreclosures? Yes, but he’s not saying when — a lot depends on what the 50 state AGs do (or don’t do).
