I just recently had a conversation with a Beacon Hill real estate broker. This broker told me how he rented out two Beacon Hill apartments while charging the tenants a full Beacon Hill real estate broker fee. I was, to say the least surprised. Why would anyone pay a Beacon Hill real estate broker a finders fee, when the landlords are paying it?
