Boston condo broker visits the doctor’s office

Sit down please, said the doctor to the South Boston condo broker

The condo broker looked around. It was a small office, a desk, shelves, computer and two chairs. The broker took a seat across from the desk. The doctor loosens his tie, then sits across from the condo for sale broker.

“This is bad news, isn’t it?” The condo broker said, looking up from the brown square tile floor.

“I’m really sorry,” said the doctor. “There’s no easy way to tell you this.”

“It’s okay doctor,” he said, as the color faded from his face. “I can take it.”

“Okay,” said the doctor. “The thing is you see…  after a very long awkward pause, “I’ve been sleeping with your wife.”
