The condo broker looked around. It was a small office, a desk, shelves, computer and two chairs. The broker took a seat across from the desk. The doctor loosens his tie, then sits across from the condo for sale broker.
“This is bad news, isn’t it?” The condo broker said, looking up from the brown square tile floor.

“It’s okay doctor,” he said, as the color faded from his face. “I can take it.”
