You’ve heard of the cliché “the calm before the storm,” as it applies to the Boston condo market – the quiet lull before incessant activity.
That’s what Boston condo brokers are sensing.
Not much flurry, all cool, calm and collected outwardly, but like the paddling duck, plenty of unseen frantic activity happening under the surface.
What do I mean? I like many of my contemporaries, those presently in the Boston condo market field, are seeing an unusual amount of real estate visitor activity on their websites. historically, this is usually followed by Boston condo sales and apartment rentals. I guess time will tell, if this long belief trend will follow into 2023.
