Boston condo market weakening?

Robert Shiller sees some signs that the Boston condo market is softening. In the Case Shiller Report there is a weakening in home price increases “…There are some cities like Seattle, NYC and Boston that have shown a lot of weakening (in price increases), but are still not falling.”
