2009 Boston condo sales

2010 Boston condo sales

My thoughts: It appears that these early stats shows that we may have hit bottom and 2010 will be a better year for sellers compared to 2009. However, the wild card (unknown) what impact will the elemination of the $8,000 tax credit, and what will happen when the fed stops buying mortgage-backed securities and the end of March.
