Boston condo average sales and median sales prices are on the rise, according to new LINK data released this week.

The average Boston condo sales price in the first quarter of 2011 was $744,375.00 which is up 4.34% from last year. The median Boston condo sales price was $485,000.00 which is up 1.25% from 1st Q 2010.
