The Clarendon had another luxury condo sale this week, which brings it to approx 37% occupied. The last sale was unit #30B that sold for $1,750,000 and included a deeded parking space. Average price per sq ft $1,275.51.

The W, closed on 18J. This condo was on the market on 6/17/10 for $785,000 and just recently sold for $635,000 or approximately $575.18 per sq ft. This brings the W to about 20% occupied.
