Average sales price – $394,407.00
Median sales price – $340,000.00
Boston two and three family units sold – 1/1/09 – 5/51/09
Average sales price – $276,942.00
Median sales price – $240,000.00
Foreclosures had a big part on why the prices dropped so much.
