I hope this catches on in Boston. It’s about right, $100 for an hour of my time.
Instead of spending $20,000 on a broker party, L&L Holding is giving the money away, $100 at a time, to the first 200 legitimate office brokers who inspect two spaces at 600 Third Ave. today between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
“The economics of a party versus giving away the money were about the same,” David Berkey, an L&L partner told us of the decision.
