Median sale prices for condominiums in Cambridge increased in January compared to a year earlier, and the number of sales rose as well.
The new report from the Warren Group, which publishes Banker & Tradesman, stated this week that nine single-family homes were sold in Cambridge in January compared to just one a year earlier.
The median selling price of single-family homes in January 2010 was $685,000.
Thirty-one condos were sold in Cambridge, with a median selling price of $463,500. A year ago 27 condos were sold. The median selling price was $350,000.
