Scott reports that the Cambridge residential rental market is now hotter than the Beacon Hill and Back Bay rental markets, based on vacancy rates. They’re chortling over in Cambridge, which apparently has more of that ‘New Economy virbrancy’ feel to it, compared to the more stodgy ‘Financial’ accommodations across the Charles.
