The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority chose Boston Development Group to develop a parcel located in the North Station area of Boston, according to the Boston Business Journal.
Newton-based Boston Development Group wants to develop 63 units of housing, 136,000 square feet of office or hotel space, 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 151 parking spaces on the site.
The firm wants to combine parcel 1B with redevelopment of two adjacent buildings it owns on Causeway and North Washington streets, where it is proposing to add an additional 51 units of housing to existing office space.
