Actually, we’re surprised the number isn’t a little higher. Still, one can’t complain too much. We just recovered from one of the most absurd, reckless and damaging housing frenzies in the nation’s history, when anyone who could scratch an “X” on an application seemed to get a mortgage last decade.
File under: Better safe than sorry.
