A new study shows that single-family home prices last quarter rose in 120 of 149 metro markets across the country — and Boston wasn’t one of them.
Not that we should want higher price per se. Home prices here are already ridiculously expensive.
But it is curious that sales have been increasing here, but overall median prices continue to fall, by less than 1 percent in the third quarter.
