IRS agent caught up in housing-credit sting

The U.S. Attorney’s office in Boston is pressing charges against a slew of people who allegedly tried to scam the government via the now-expired housing tax credit.

One of those charged is a long-time Internal Revenue Service agent from New Hampshire. Which raises the old question: What was he thinking?
