Attention Jamaica Plain readers and experts: Does this condo/townhouse sale sound too good to be true?
At $264 per sf, it certainly looks like a good deal (the accompanying photos are impressive). The unit is within the gated Cabot Estates in Jamaica Plain.
It was on the block for $660,000 in 2003. They’re now asking for $685,900, down from $739,000, and that’s after an apparent 2006 renovation.
