More on Boston’s double dip housing market

Zillow’s chief economist Stan Humphries appeared on Bloomberg TV to talk about the possible double dip in home values and his overall housing outlook for 2010. Boston was mentioned as one possible area for a double dip.

Stan says he expects total U.S. home values to fall another 5 percent before we reach the bottom by middle of this year.
