My Boston condo thoughts
I just spoke to a Boston condo mortgage broker, he told me he is seeing a drop off on Boston condo mortgage applications. The sales data thus far has been steady, so Boston condo buyers, I don’t see any major price discounts in the near future.
All indications is that the Federal Reserve isn’t done raising rates yet. More pain to come.
