Anthony Fava, a local developer, contacted me late last week to tell me his latest project – converting a South Boston three-family home into condominiums.
The property is located on West 3rd Street, between C and D streets. Two units are sold; the remaining one is located on the second floor.
It has approximately 1000 square feet, three bedrooms, two full baths (one master), and on-street parking.
The unit features Brazilian walnut floors, Schrock cabinetry, custom stone-work, central air conditioning, limestone countertops, Jacuzzi master bath, mahogany decks, cherry butcher-block island, private storage in the basement, and in-unit washer/dryer hook ups.
According to Mr Fava:
My partner and I are trying to build a brand name for ourselves. We’ve done a few multi-family conversions over the last few years and we are hoping to keep expanding on what we’ve done so far.
We really are just getting started with things, so any type of exposure you can give us is greatly appreciated.
More information about the developer can be found on his website, at https://sunpropertygroup.biz.
In addition, there is an open house from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, this Sunday, February 24th.
