Newbury Street garage to be partially turned into retail space

The owner of a parking garage at 341 Newbury Street, near Mass Ave, is proposing turning the first two floors into 10,000 square feet of retail space, similar to what Danker & Donahue, the owner, did to its next-door garage a while back, the Herald reports.

The basement and top floors at 341 Newbury would remain as a parking garage.
