It’s probably one of the biggest sales ever on Beacon Hill – and one of the biggest potential buying frenzies.
The portfolio includes the church’s six-story headquarters at 25 Beacon Street, as well as 39-41 Mount Vernon St. and 6-7 Mount Vernon Place.

Barely six months after announcing relocation plans to the emerging Seaport District, the Unitarian Universalist Association has put its longtime home on Beacon Hill up for sale, offering through Boston Realty Advisors the exclusive listing on four properties totaling 71,000 sf likely to be targeted by a range of prospects, from other space-starved non-profits and institutions still on Beacon Hill and the Back Bay to other users eager to have a presence just steps from the Massachusetts State House and Boston Common.
