Boston condos
The Massachusetts Association of Realtors reports a 35.9 percent year-over-year gain in pending homes sales in October, the highest gain since the association began tracking pending home sales in 2007.
Pending condo sales across the state were up by even more last month, by 43.5 percent, compared to the year before, MAR reported.
