In the last 6 months, I have seen Massachusetts housing inventory go from a high of over 56,000 to today’s 44,454.
What’s causing such a drop in housing inventory?
a) The media and pundits are wrong. People are buying real estate which causes inventory to go down.
b) The media and pundits are right. Sellers are discouraged and they’re pulling their homes off the market.
c) None of the above.
