Samuels & Associates has released plans for a $100 million mixed-use building in the Fenway, at 1304-1330 Boylston Street. That block is currently occupied by a parking lot, Domino’s Pizza, and the Baseball Tavern.
The property will contain 210 residential units and almost 300 below-ground parking spaces. The building will be made up of three pieces – a 14-story building of condominiums, eight stories of rental units, and a glass-enclosed ten-story structure with 85,000 square feet of office space (including a new location for the Fenway Community Health Center). Also, retail on the first floor.
Samuels & Associates is also co-developing the Trilogy building, made up of rental units, down the street towards the medical area.
Project might break ground by the end of the year, and take 20-months to complete.
