TIRED OF PAYING FULL MONTH BROKER FEES?
Starting in 2020, I’m reducing my Beacon Hill broker fees.
For My direct listings I’ll only charge you 1/2 month fee (If the listing broker is John Ford). For co-broke listings you”ll pay the listings broker 1/2 month fee. But I’ll only charge a flat fee of $500.
For example on a $2,000 apartment that is listed with me will you’ll only be charged a half months fee. A $1,000,00 savings to you
A $2,000 Beacon Hill apartment that is listed with another broker the fee will be a 1/2 months rent ($1,000) to the listing broker and my fee of $500,00. A total broker fee of $1,500 which is a $500 savings to you.
