TIRED OF PAYING FULL MONTHS BROKER FEE FOR A BEACON HILL APARTMENTS?
Starting in 2020, I’m reducing my Beacon Hill apartment broker fees.
For My direct listings I’ll only charge you 1/2 month fee (If the listing broker is John Ford). For co-broke listings you”l have to pay the listings broker 1/2 months fee. But I’ll only charge a flat fee of $500. An example on $2,000 apartment that is listed with me the broker fee will only be $1,000.00. A $2,000 Beacon Hill apartment that is listed with another broker the fee is 1/2 months rent ($1,000) to the listing broker and my fee of $500,00. Total $1,500 which is a $500 savings to you.Sorry we are experiencing system issues. Please try again.
