Senseless Chatter or the Truth?

Linda an agent in my office, just returned from meeting up with an Appraiser for a property we have under agreement. The Appraiser told her that Banks will no longer provide clear title on foreclosed properties that they hold. If this is true, who’s going to buy foreclosed real estate without clear title?

I still need to confirm this from a second source.
