It was quite a month: Single-family home sales up 16 in September, condo sales up 12.5 percent, single-family prices up 16 percent, condo prices up 7 percent. What? Only 7 percent?
October can’t possibly be better. Right? Probably not, due to the budget fights in Washington. But you never know.
