As we were waiting for the listing agent to accompany my client and I to view a Boston Seaport condo showing. the client awed me with her knowledge of American history. Thus, I told her how impressed I was by her knowledge on this subject.
I came to the conclusion, my parents were correct when they said, “You should always thank the person who awed you.” In this case, it makes my Boston Seaport client feel good and can give you a relationship boost.
